Hello, I need help trying to recover the following XDC.

It's not much but apparently I didn't save the "Ox...." address... I'm not sure. I have the wallet mnemonic phrase and password and can login, however, the lists of ETH addresses are all zero balance obviously. I originally transferred from KuCoin to CB wallet and was able to recover with the help from someone on the XDC Dev discord.
Not sure where to go from here. Any help would be much appreciated and I would be willing to send some as a thank you 🙏

Don't get confused between the XDC and 0x prefixes. The rest of the address will be same and your funds would still be visible even if you are seeing addresses started with 0x when you login in the wallet.
The only reason why you wouldn't see your address in that list of addresses is if you are using a wrong password. Even a number, alphabet or character difference can cause this issue. Please check your password for any potential errors

I read somewhere that when I setuo the wallet I selected an "0x.." address... but I don't think I did. I've had this XDC for a while and don't remember going through this process of picking an "0x..." address.
I've double and triple dipple checked my Password spelling and still showing zeros. I don't know how to access this address.

It has always been like this when you create wallet using Mnemonic phrase and password combination. When you login using the seed phrase and password combination, a list of wallet address pops up starting with 0x. Only when you select a particular address and click on access my wallet, the interface will show you the address beginning with XDC. Note that only the prefix is getting changed here from 0x to XDC and not the address itself.
Please ensure that what you entered is not referred to as the 25th word, an extra word. If it is, it generates an entirely new set of addresses. If forgotten, there is no way to retrieve it. If this is an issue, it is not a problem with the XDC WEB Wallet. It is a feature that users choose to use for added security, also provided by MY ETHER WALLET. It seems that the XDC WEB Wallet beta version resembles a fork of MEW.

However, similar issue, see image attached. I do not know what "Ox..." address was used or even how to enter it.
But I went through this process with the beta wallet, clicked "add an extra word" entered my password and addresses with zero balances.
What am I missing?

Please ensure that you are entering the correct password, and also check for case sensitivity. Give it a try once more.

Please help me. I have a similar problem. On 14 Nov 22 thought I would transfer some of my XDC on to web wallet so I created a wallet using XDC web wallet. Worst decision ever!
I saved seed and password. Did a test transaction. It was successful. Logged out.
Logged in again a few minutes later using my seed! The only explanation I have now is that when I logged in it led me through to a wallet even tho I realise now I probably typed the wrong password. I have tried various pwd combinations unsuccessfully! Even hired Team Offspec and they couldn’t help.
Atul, Ritesh, Quincy or anybody high up in Xinfin - how can a commercial enterprise grade blockchain allow somebody to progress to an incorrect wallet address after they input their correct seed but input mistyped password!!!!????
If somebody mistypes password for banking or email you have to try again. I’m so angry and regret using XDC web wallet! Can anybody help me?
Therefore, when you restore the original wallet, it will be restored if you restore it without entering extra words.
