Proposals on this forum are only specifically for core XDC Network improvement and governance purposes.

This is a Layer2/token sale proposal. XDC ecosystem pool is only for improvements, governance or integration of layer1 protocol.

Any L2 projects with token sale need to have independent sites and build their own community.

Some integration costs related to smart contract deployment on XDC can obviously be presented in the proposal. But the entire balance sheet of the project can not be funded by XDC

The guidelines on presenting proposals will be released (provided by an independent legal team) by the end of this month.
