I need help with a lost transaction. My xdc wallet will not load past xdc transactions and the exchange bitrue will not accept anything other than a video of me logging into my xdc account and showing the transaction. Any ideas . This has been an ongoing fight for 3 years

Which wallet are you using? And if the wallet isn't showing historical transactions, have you tried importing the same wallet to some other supported wallet and may be check there if that shows the historical transactions?

Safepal Wallet, showed all my transactions so i recorded a video of me logging into my wallet. Scrolled to the transaction in question and submitted to bitrue. They have acknowledged the video and will inform me when the relevant team has looked at it . Xinfin web wallet didn't show transactions neither did metamask
