Which wallet are you using? And if the wallet isn't showing historical transactions, have you tried importing the same wallet to some other supported wallet and may be check there if that shows the historical transactions?

Many thanks. I have managed to get a wallet that shows my transaction and i have uploaded a video to bitrue fingers crossed. Will update when i have any more info thanks

Safepal Wallet, showed all my transactions so i recorded a video of me logging into my wallet. Scrolled to the transaction in question and submitted to bitrue. They have acknowledged the video and will inform me when the relevant team has looked at it . Xinfin web wallet didn't show transactions neither did metamask
