Safepal Wallet, showed all my transactions so i recorded a video of me logging into my wallet. Scrolled to the transaction in question and submitted to bitrue. They have acknowledged the video and will inform me when the relevant team has looked at it . Xinfin web wallet didn't show transactions neither did metamask
