Hi I am unable to load transactions on the xdc wallet and I need proof of a lost transaction from my wallet any ideas

You can track your transactions on the XDC Network Explorer by entering your wallet address. Here's the link to the Explorer: xdc.blocksscan.io/

Thanks I need to show proof I sent them from my xdc wallet showing my transactions as which doesn't load in the app they won't accept anything from blockscan as it's public .
To cut a long story short
1 Transferred xdc from bitrue to my xdc wallet
2 Transferred some back to bitrue as they started staking.
3 Stupidly copied the address from 1 to transfer them back to bitrue. This was bitrue xdc address and not mine
4 two years later still fighting bitrue
Explorer allows you to showcase your transaction and as proof you can log into your account to demonstrate that you have access to the corresponding address.

Bitrue still wont accept me logging into my account they want me to
a. Capture the entire process of logging in to your XDC wallet. (Please hide the password)
b. Display the URL of your XDC wallet.
c. Include withdrawal records, specifying TxID, currency, quantity, and date. (TXID 0xee092ca6a42f35c827244e5892cddaa6778ccf0a58fa1d4a61895c414586b702)
d. Clearly show the transaction details in the explorer.

Can anyone suggest how i can load transactions within the app? I can load all other transactions just not the xdc transactions within the xdc app
