Back when exchanges were crashing left and right, I moved my xdc off bitrue into the xdc wallet. Everything was fine and dandy. I come back a couple years later and when entering my 100% correct 12 word phrase and pword (not sure why I even need a pword, thought that was the whole point of the 12 words lol) the wallet is not recognized and just gets spammed with a bunch of 0 xdc eth addresses. Anyone smarter than me know what to do, or at least confirm this M*f'r sh** wallet is in fact a scam? Thank you.

Its not a scam. If the balance shows 0 its because credentials were not put in correctly. Even spaces, caps, etc can throw off the password. If you know your original wallets address check it on explorer and it will show funds.
Correct. I assisted a friend, whom setup a web wallet back in 2021. Upon entering the wrong password five times, the wallet acts as if a new wallet is to be setup.
Eventually, he was able to retrieve the correct password and login to be displayed with the correct network and balance.

There is a glitch with the Ledger but I found a loop whole yesterday. Ledger people must use specific site "betawallet.xinfin.network". Next you must use USB-C to USB-C cord to connect ledgers to your phone.EVEN with the NANOX!
