I had XDC pay 2.0 on my laptop but the $ amount for the amount of tokens I hold was massively different and I believe due to this I couldn't send any tokens to any other address.
I thought if I uninstalled the chrome extension then reinstalled it may correct the $ amount. I revealed my 12 word seed phrase in the extension to confirm what I had written down, they matched of course. But when I reinstalled and went to import wallet it says invalid seed phrase?? There isn't a XDC pay 2.0 on chrome extensions, I'm in the UK, there is 2 XDC pay on chrome extensions but neither work, both say invalid seed, I've book marked the blocksscan page of all transactions sent to my previous wallet address.

1) First, please ensure that the seed phrase is entered correctly without any spaces.
2) To verify the funds, you can use this optional MEW Web Wallet: myetherwallet.com/wallet/access/so... This will provide a cross-check to ensure accuracy.

Could you please confirm whether the link is not functioning properly or if you're unable to view your wallet address even after entering your seed phrase?
The link works but when I enter my seed phrase it says it's invalid? The seed phrase is correct so I'm not sure why it's not working?

Please check for any spaces or capital letters while entering your seed phrases. If you accidentally press the spacebar while entering the phrases or put any capital letters in your seed phrases, it will come up as incorrect.
Alternatively, you can also try to import the same wallet with your seed phrases to metamask. Make sure to add XDC Network and select XDC network while doing that to see your funds in Metamask wallet.

I was recovering to Metamask but it turns out that one of the seed words I spelt the English way which Metamask didn't recognise but did the American way, I then tried that on XDC pay and it worked! Apologies for wasting your time, my wallet is now imported, thank you!
