- XDC Pay isnt working either: We can't connect to XDC Mainnet.
- https://wallet.xdc.network/ works however after entering my 12 words and sometimes pass it says: connection not open on send() And then it doesnt display anything on the Address & Network page.
Even when i use: myetherwallet.com/wallet/access/software?type=mnemonic
And enter my 12 words it says** connection not open on send()**
Whats the problem?

Ok so how i can login for some reason however there is no SEND button, and below the page that says "Access my wallet" is grayed out even tho i have selected all networks and the address that hold the XDC.

Hello Erik,
The website from which you are trying to access your wallet is the old one. The new website is wallet.xdc.network but even that is going through an upgrade.
please use MEW (My Ether Wallet) interface for now. The UI is pretty similar, so you won't face any issues while accessing your wallet from there.
The only thing you need to keep in mind is that you need to select XDC Network in the network list below the wallet address section.
Hi, I'm new to the forum and a holder of XDC tokens, I still hope. I had them on an Infinity Wallet which seems to not exist, however, I have my XDC address and private key. Is there a way to determine if my tokens are still there and if any transactions have occurred? Thanks!
If you have the private key of Infinity wallet, you can simply use that to import the same account to some other wallet like Safepal, Guarda, Ellipal, DCent etc.
