I am having the same issue, it's been 3-4 weeks and I still cannot log into my wallet. Currently using XDCpay. I've tried using my back up keys and they generated a new wallet. The plugin lets me log in but does not connect to the network. I have 100k+ tokens in there too, it's been driving me crazy. I even told these devs i'd pay them to help me fix the issue. No replies.
