I have been using the XDCpay on and off for almost 3 years with no issues as an extension in the Brave browser. Yesterday I went to move my tokens to my Bifrost wallet so I could participate in staking and when I logged in and tried to send the funds the screen just shut down and when I logged back in it was just white.
I closed everything, emptied history, cache, updated my ios and browser thinking this may fix it. But now when I log in and enter my password it shows my account is logged in but there is just a big spinning wheel and I never get to the point of seeing my funds to send. (I verified they are still in my wallet on the xdc explorer page.)
Here is my big issue, I have 2 key phrases saved and to my surprise NONE of them are for this wallet for XDCpay which blows me away. Idk how I dropped the ball here. But I can get to the point in the settings to enter my password to see my key phrase but again I just get an endless spinning wheel.
What am I missing here, why is this wallet no longer working? This wallet has over 100k XDC tokens in it so it's important that I get this figured out.

That is what i'm seeing when I try to log in. You'll see it shows i'm logged in but that it's spinning and won't connect to the xinfin network. It did earlier yesterday when I attempted to send the funds to my bifrost but that was the last time.

Anyway, I cannot be the only one who has had this issue. App loads, lets me log in, says i'm logged in but never connects to the network. What's the fix?
If the recovery phrases correspond to the wallet you're trying to access, you should be able to regain access without any issues. Since these accounts were originally created on XDCPay, you should also be able to use Metamask to open the wallet.
However, if the wallet was set up via the XDC web wallet, accessing it through Metamask wouldn't be possible. Web wallet accounts rely on a combination of recovery phrases and a password for access. The only other wallet that supports access using both phrases and password is MEW.

I do appreciate the reply. The new version is so much nicer and smoother. However, the 2 sets of keys I have saved do not connect to my older xdcpay account. Which for me, makes no sense bc i have every other key phrase saved for dozens of other accounts over the years. It's unlike me to not have a wallet saved but that's neither here nor there.
My biggest question is does this version of xdcpay 6.2.12 not have any updates? The new version connects no problem and if i had the keys, this would not be an issue i know but since the older version is all i have and it allows me to log in but doesn't connect to the xdc network, what is the fix for that?
This is really strange. I have never heard anyone reporting this issue.
If you have your Mnemonic/Seed phrases with you then you should be able to import the same wallet to MM or to the newer version of XDCPay.
as for the older XDCPay, that isn't being actively managed after the updated version was introduced.
Well, as stated before I have 2 seed phrases that i thought for sure one was for my xdcpay but it is not loading my tokens. I have it saved in 2 areas with my other seed phrases. I do not recall opening 3 wallet for xdc at any point in time but it is what it is. I have this xdcpay wallet that i cannot fully access now. It logs me in but has not let me get to my tokens in 2 days. it just spins and never connects to the network. I have not had any issues with this accounts in 3yrs.
That said, what is the 6.2.12 xdcpay wallet not getting an upgrade or support now? and as developers and pillars in the community, can you look into this error?
I have the plug in on brave browser. as you can see i've been using it for 928 days. There has to be a fix to this.

I can confirm that going back to an older version of brave browser version 1.69.168 did not fix the issue. I still cannot connect to the xdc network even though it says i'm logged in. As developers, what do you think the issue is here?

Import those accounts into MetaMask using the seed phrases you have and check if they match the expected addresses. If the phrases are correct, you should see the same wallet address in MetaMask. Once you've confirmed access, add XDC Network to MetaMask, and you'll be able to manage your funds seamlessly.
I have done that with both sets of key phrases and neither of them link to my xdcpay wallet on my brave browser. I remember making one other wallet on the xdc web wallet and that was secured using my ledger. But neither of them have funds in them.
Let me ask this, is there any known issue with the xdcpay wallet that can be fixed to allow access? again, it lets me log in but then does not continue to my funds or let me view my key phrase in the settings.
I am hoping it is dapp error that is being worked on. I did redownload the xdcpay plugin and try both keyphrases with the same outcome. But i did notice the new plugin looks different than the one i'm currently using.
is it possible to fix if i download an older version of the brave browser? i feel like when i did all of the updates to my ios and browser is when the plugin stopped functioning properly. i have read of other people having issues with xdcpay and i know if i had my correct keys i'd be on my way no problem but given all the info i have, what would you do to fix the issue?
