Hi, I set up a Xinfin Web Wallet in 2022 and made 6 XDC transfers in from Uphold and one small transfer out of my XDC Xinfin Wallet. I have tried logging in using my 12 word mnemonic phrase and it brings up a list of accounts with a zero balance. It doesn't ask me to enter my account password. I have been able to search the address via XDCScan using the transaction records from Uphold and the tokens are all there, but i just can't access the tokens via my old account.
How can I set up a new XDC Xinfin and transfer my tokens using the 12 word seed phrase so that I can access the tokens?

Hi everyone,
I really need some guidance here — I’m trying to access my XDC funds stored on my Ledger, but the “Access my wallet” button on the official XDC wallet site stays greyed out, even though my Ledger and account are fully recognized.
Here’s what’s happening and what I’ve already tried:
✅ What works:
My Ledger is recognized by my Mac and by Chrome.
I can clearly see my correct address and balance (10,108 XDC) on the selection list —
address: xdcA6bbe95f563885e91a1ee59bb16E34EACE35c59F.
When I open the XDC app on my Ledger, it says “XDC Ready.”
The wallet shows my account with the correct balance.
❌ The issue:
The “Access my wallet” button stays greyed out.
The checkbox to “accept Terms” that should activate the button never appears on my screen.
So I can’t actually enter the wallet interface or move my funds.
🧩 What I’ve already tried:
Using the official site: wallet.xdc.network
Enabled Experimental Web Platform Features in Chrome (chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features)
Granted USB device permissions for the wallet site
Tried in Chrome and Brave
Refreshed, cleared cache, opened Incognito mode
Zoomed out to 80%, scrolled all the way down — no “accept Terms” checkbox appears
Even used Developer Tools and ran
document.querySelector('input[type="checkbox"]').click();
and
document.querySelector('button').disabled = false;
but the button remains inactive.
I also tried accessing via XDCPay and MetaMask, but my XDC address (derived from the XDC Ledger app) doesn’t appear there because of a different derivation path.
💻 System Details:
macOS (latest version)
Ledger Nano X
XDC app (latest version from Ledger Live)
Tried on Chrome and Brave
🆘 Request:
Could someone from the XDC tech team or community please confirm:
Is this a known UI bug on macOS / Chrome with the “Access my wallet” page?
Is there an alternative method or direct link to bypass the missing Terms checkbox and enter my Ledger XDC wallet?
Any upcoming fix for this issue?
My funds are safe (confirmed on XDCScan), but I can’t access them through the wallet interface due to this front-end problem.

Hello Oscar,
The dev team is aware of this greyed out button issue and working on to resolve this ASAP. Meanwhile, you can still access your wallet through MEW (MyEtherWallet) interface. It has almost the same UI as XDC wallet. Please try that and let us know if you still face any issues.
And Beware of scammers!! They sometimes comment under these threads portraying as one of the users who faced similar situation and try to send you to their scammer friends on telegram.
We don't do that.

please ensure that you are using the new wallet at wallet.xdc.network and make sure to enter your password as an extra word below mnemonic phrases section where it indicates. I am sure you'd be able to access your account after that.
