When right clicking on the contract, and selecting flatten in xdc Remix it is not creating the flatten file or showing the flatten pop-up. A bug in Remix or did they change something about how to flatten contracts with imports?

please check on remix-xdc. There is issue for flatten.
Team is rectifying the issue, till that time use Ethereum remix to flatten your contract.
