I sent my newly purchased tokens from the UPHOLD platform to my Tangem cold wallet. However I mistakenly chose the incorrect network and it is not supported by tangem. The transaction’s to address matches my address on the XDC network but the tokens never showed up. What can I do to recover my tokens? I believe base was mistakenly chosen. UPHOLD, BASE and TANGEM are unable to help me. Any ideas? I also do not have private keys or a mnemonic for the wallet as its stored on a card device and it is unretrievable.

Have you checked the address to which you sent those funds on xdcscan.com to confirm if the address did receive those funds or not?
