just to save someone some time ...

  1. set your XDCPay to Apothem Network
  2. copy your wallet public address
  3. go to the faucet and paste your wallet address here faucet.apothem.network/
  4. this will load test xdc into your wallet
  5. now go to the voting app and connect your XDCPay wallet (while still on the Apothem Network) and vote
