[HackVerse] SwapFi

Project Name: SwapFi
Tagline: Unlocking DeFi Potential: Seamless Token Swaps, Anytime, Anywhere

The Problem It Solves : SwapFi, as a decentralized exchange (DEX) protocol, effectively addresses the significant issues inherent in centralized exchanges. It eliminates the need for intermediaries and centralized control, mitigating concerns related to downtimes, security vulnerabilities, and unfair practices. With SwapFi, users gain complete control over their assets and can execute trades directly from their wallets, effectively reducing counterparty risk and eliminating the necessity of relying on a central authority. This results in a trustless and accessible trading environment, where users can swap tokens 24/7 without the burden of time-consuming Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.

Challenges Ran Into: We initially started building this as a crosschain application but because it was not possible to interact with wanbridge programatically we had to drop that idea . We faces lot of issues with frontend but our persistence to build a seamless application helped us overcome them

Tech Stack: NextJs , MongoDb , Solidity, Foundry , XDC
