Is XDCwallet a scam? I am unable to access my XDC in the XDCwallet anymore with the 100% correct 12 memorable words and password. The 1st ETH address / hd derivation path (or any other of the hundreds of ETH addresses are not the correct ones) so XDC shows always 0. Someone said they had the same issue and imported the funds to guarda using their memorable words and password, which I all typed in correctly and imported, however the wallet in guarda shows 0 too. I can still see my XDC on blocksScan. XDC support e-mail bounces back / is non - existent. Can anyone please help? I am desperate at this point, it's a lot of XDCs :-(

What to do ? pls inform ? or where is there any support for this matter, apparently many people have the same issue...
Please make sure to use the password which you used at the time of creating the wallet then only you will be able to find your address in the list and please make sure the password is case sensitive
Thanks but I already stated my password is 100% correct. I had even autosaved it way back in 2021, plus I always view it before I click return and double and triple check everything. I already spent 12 hours on this on Saturday completely wasted and tried different possibilities just in case even though the password is correct and had been autosaved. This is not helpful anymore and almost feels like victim blaming to me at this point. There is obviously something wrong with the wallet plus their "e-mail support" is a fake e-mail which is worrisome to say the least. XDCwallet obviously doesn't care about users at all, to even put a fake e-mail there is just hideous and spiteful. There is no freaking support whatsoever and I'm sitting here having lost thousands of £££. It is a disgrace and it makes me so angry to have ever trusted this terrible scam xdc web wallet. Never again

kindly ensure you're using the same password you used to create the wallet. Also, please double-check the password's case sensitivity to ensure it's entered correctly. This should resolve any issues if the password is accurate.

Do you use Brave browser or any other that does not support the technology, that might cause the issue.
I used brave when i created the wallet but my funds did show up and everything was good. came to access my wallet months later and password wont work. I even have the auto password set when i created it.
