the problem is the password, after mnemonic. I'm sure i write the correct password, but gives me 0 balance. i have tx where i send my xdc to this wallet
If you're experiencing issues, there could be a couple of possibilities:
The password you entered might be incorrect. Please ensure that you've entered the correct password to access the desired set of addresses.
In current version we need to use our password as extra word for accessing the same set of addresses. Please make sure you are entering the correct extra word(password which you have made for your old wallet account).
For every extra word the wallet generate different set of addresses.
To confirm the above process, you can try entering a random extra word to see if it provides you with a different set of addresses.

When you use the keystore file and password combination to login into your wallet, is it giving any error like the password is wrong?
See the two methods i.e Mnemonic phrases and Keystore file method works differently. While the interface will let you in even if you are using the wrong password with mnemonic or seed phrases but won't show you the right wallet with funds because of the wrong password, The keystore file option method simply won't let you in if the password is wrong.
So if you are saying, while trying to login using keystore file option and password combination it doesn't show funds but the wallet address is same, no need to worry. This could be a temporary issue with RPC call. What you can do is download the private key from the dashboard by clicking the printer icon button
after you login using Keystore file method and use that to access your wallet on any of the supported wallets or even at metamask
