[EBC hackathon] Xinfinity perpetual DEX

Xinfinity it's a first of it's kind perpetual DEX, it features options and futures trading. It's designed to unify as much as possible the liquidity in XDC. It leverages the XSwap V3 pools with our own pools to develop a peer to protocol architecture with a whole ecosystem of LP that can benefit from XSwap and Xinfinity pools at once, liquidators and traders being able to leverage up to x100 their positions.

The algorithmic trading design features maintenance margin calculations, funding rates and leverages XSwap V3 TWAP oracles.
