Difficulties loading addresses on D’cent

Hi there. I’m getting stuck connecting my dcent to the mobile app due to the impossibility to retrieve the polkadot address: during connection phase it loads some address but then get stuck on polkadot. Can anybody help me? I’ve the latest versions of both, app and dcent..everything is refresh and updated. Already tried to erase cache and uninstall and reinstall the app.

Refresh: got a reply from support

Hello, Thank you for reaching us.

We would like to inform you that the issue related to the Polkadot network has now been resolved.

All features including account addition, balance display, and coin transfers are working normally.
Please fully close and restart the D’CENT app, and make sure to sync your biometric wallet before continuing to use it.

In the event of future blockchain network issues, we will strive to notify users promptly to minimize any inconvenience.

We sincerely apologize once again for the inconvenience caused and will continue our efforts to ensure a stable and reliable experience.
