I want to create a subnet in XDC. I follow the steps written in https://xinfin.org/xdc-subnet. Following the steps when I want to get XDC in my XDCPay wallet for XDC-Devnet, the web page is being stuck. But if I want to take XDC for apothem, it gives 1000 XDC for testing. I do not understand where is the problem?
