Please check if you see the same wallet address that you had your XDC in, when you login. If you see the same wallet address but no funds then there is nothing that can be done but if you see a different wallet address then you must be making some mistake while trying to access your wallet.
Is it right to assume that you are accessing your wallet from XDC website? If that's the case, please try to login through MEW (My Ether Wallet) interface. Make sure that you enter your password as an extra word where it asks below the mnemonic phrases section. And if you are using MEW for the first time, you'll have to switch to XDC network in the network section. Also, Make sure that you are not switching the network in derivation path section.
