Quick Summary
Node Forge currently hosts over a dozen masternodes within the XDC ecosystem and has already helped lower the technical barriers of operating and maintaining node infrastructure for prospective XDC operators for the past couple years. Our hosting pricing for XDC masternodes is affordable and driven only by infrastructure costs and not on digital assets trends. Node Forge does not require any custody of assets. We provide guides and support for setup, and we handle all updates and maintenance of all node infrastructure.

• Node Forge is a frontend platform for the wide network of nodes we provision, maintain and monitor. We offer an intuitive web-based solution for XDC operators which simplifies setup and provides tools to manage nodes.

• For public blockchain networks like XDC, we recognize the importance of decentralization and its implications on network security. We focus on geographical distribution and node reliability, offering node setups in over a dozen locations around the globe.

• Node Forge operates its own dedicated data center in Irvine, California (and soon Texas) in conjunction with our other cloud provider partners whom have footprints around the world.

• We require no custody of XDC assets; we focus solely on infrastructure. This drastically improves our security profile and company liability (as well as for our customers and clients). Given the regulatory uncertainty surrounding digital assets, remaining focused on infrastructure management gives us a strategic advantage: We are not directly exposed to regulatory scrutiny or asset price volatility, meaning we can reliably provide hosting solutions for our customers without fear of intervention or business insolvency.

• We provide constant monitoring and alerting, so XDC node operators are aware of the status of their nodes at all times, and receive alerts via email, slack, and other platforms within minutes of a change in the status of their node. Most exceptions are handled automatically by our platform or one of our trained staff, and when an issue beyond our control arises (such as insufficient staking balance or a fork in the network), we send clear instructions and information to our customers on how best to proceed.

• We provide reliable and responsive support through our Discord community where XDC node operators have access to the entire Node Forge team in the event of any technical difficulties.

• We offer monthly subscription for our hosting services. Longer commitment structures are available upon request (via email).

• We pride ourselves in working directly with engineering teams so we are most up-to-date on project details and operations.
