I have been using the XinFin Web Wallet with a 12 word mnemonic seed phrase and my password to access by XDC tokens, but now the same entries bring up an incorrect wallet number.
I have used Google and ChatGPT for answers, and so far I have tried accessing my wallet via XDC Pay (but get the wrong wallet), CAN'T use MyEtherWallet because I'm in the UK, tried Infinity Wallet by UltraNote but it crashed, Tried Rabby Wallet but it also has the same derivation path issues and can't find my old wallet. I tried MyCrypto Desktop, but again it showed me an incorrect wallet address.
I also scrolled down 500+ address options whilst in the XinFin Web Wallet to see if my own wallet was further down the list but with no luck.
XDC Scan correctly shows my 10 transactions from my Uphold Wallet to the XDC Web Wallet from 4 years ago to 6 months ago.
Can anyone suggest a way to successfully access my correct address using my mnemonic phrase without it constantly bringing up a different empty address?
How can i get my seed phrase to bring up the address where my XDC tokens are stored?

Have you tried changing your derivation path on wallet.xinfin.network?
Hi Sean, yes, Ive changed the derivation path and still no wallet. I've seen 4 other users post similar queries on here, so what changed within the last 6 months with XinFin for my previously visible wallet to now bring up a zero balance? I can see my tokens in XDC Scan as well as 8 deposits I made into the wallet from Uphold to the XDC wallet . How can I raise a complaint for this to be investigated ?
As I said earlier, nothing changed in the wallet. I can access my wallet perfectly fine without any issues.
Please make sure that you are entering your password correctly. If you enter a wrong password, you'll end up with different set of wallet addresses.
