OK, great. Going back to my previous note, what has been changed in the last 6 months that may have caused my previously visible wallet to have suddenly become invisible to me? Also, does XDC have a complaints department for this to be escalated?
Hello Sean, my previous comment (in April) seems to have been removed and I am still waiting for a reply on who to raise a complaint with at XinFin regarding the unaccessible wallet.
How can a wallet I have accessed dozens of times in the past suddenly NOT give me access to the true location of my tokens?
I can see my 10 transactions over the past 4 years in the XDCScan and you helped me access my wallet 7 months ago when you told me to use my password as the 13th word in the nmenonic login.
So, what have XDC or XinFin changed in the background to make my wallet dissapear over the past 6 months?

nothing changed in the wallet. Please try switching between the derivation path and see if it helps.
