Discussion on: How to access or create an XDC Network account via MyCrypto wallet

I have done all the above but this is not working. I bought xdc from Uphold. I wanted to send to mycyrpto/nano s plus using xdc network, but Uphold said it appeared the address (that I obtained from mycrypto/nano s) was incorrectly formatted. So after trying to find the answer to this problem (no response from mycrypto or ledger support), a dev on xfin dev forum told me that I had to change the address prefix from 0x to xdc, so I sent a small amount doing just that and it worked. It was sent to the xdc network, however, it did not show up in mycrpto wallet or my ledger. It is simply lingering on the xdc network. So, I am trying to find out how to claim it, since the address is mine, but again, no support from ledger or mycrypto wallet. I have written xfin support and the other 2 again, but still no answers. If anyone can help, I would like to get the rest of my xdc off uphold but it seems no one has any answers. Thanks
