Hi, I need help with a XDCE to XDC swap that hasn't completed. I sent XDCE to the official swap contract but have not received my XDC.

I have added XDC Network to MetaMask (Chain ID 50) and checked the XDC explorer but no XDC balance showing. xdceswap.com is also not loading.
Can anyone advise if this swap can still be processed and how to claim my XDC? Thank you.
