It is important to be careful while entering the address for a transaction to avoid any mistakes. Could you please let us know which wallet you are using and provide the address of the sender for this transaction?

Addresses usually have a specific length, and if the length is incorrect, the transaction may not go through. However, if your transaction was successful, we would appreciate it if you could share the transaction hash with us for our records.

Observe "Form:" and "To:"
"Form:" is your address
"To:" is the address you sent xdc to here
From the existence of a single transaction, for me it is a virgin address and, if you don't have the keys to access, you cannot recover the funds.

Now I don't know if the official team can do something but, being the main currency of the blockchain, nothing can be done.
