I am having the same problem. I cannot access the address with my founds. I know they are on that address since I can verify it on the scanner
The seedphrase is correct and the password too (100% sure)
As Sean mentioned in the thread, if you created your wallet years ago, you may need to enter the password as an additional word along with your seed phrase. If your password and seed phrase combination are correct, you should be able to access the correct wallet address.
Try also entering just the seed phrase without the password as another option.
I’ve replicated this issue on my end and, using only the 12-word seed phrase, was able to access my wallet with the exact XDC balance intact. Refer Attached Screenshot, Let me know if this helps!
