Okay, I am in need of some assistance. I transfered my XDC tokens to the XDC Blockchain and was able to verify the Hash, and was able to see my tokens on the XDC software wallet, however when I went back several days later, the software wallet (XDC) is buffering and is not displaying my tokens but the tokens are still visible on the Blockchain. I've updated everything, used Chrome, Edge and still the Software wallet still is not showing anything. I used my Cold wallet (Ledger Flex) to secure the keys but its not showing up on my ledger live app as well. Does anyone know what can be the issue or is it something I am not doing correctrly? Thanks.
Can you please try accessing your wallet through Metamask/Rabby or MEW (My Ether Wallet) and see if it works for you?
As I understand from users facing the similar issue this started after the recent ledger update post which users were not able to connect their wallet via USB. So, they reached out to Ledger support and they shared another link for a software that lets you connect your device via USB again and that seems to have resolved this issue. Please give it a go and see if it helps.
