I do have 10000 XDC in my web wallet. I can not send this to my other wallet, because I don't have enough gas.
How do I load some ETH for gas, I can not figure this out.
I did set up this wallet a few months ago with a mnemonic word
( I know this is not clever because I do have to make sure old the time typing everything correctly)
I couldn't find this info online.
Could you be able to help, maybe......Please......

You don't need Eth to pay for gas. XDC Network is a L1 blockchain network and you need XDC to pay for the gas. Gas fees on XDC is almost zero and even a single XDC should be good for more than a decade considering you do 2 transactions every day for about 12 years
Hello,
Please send an email to support@blocksScan.io and provide detailed information about the issue you are experiencing, including relevant screenshots. This will help the XDC team investigate the problem and provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
In the meantime, you may want to consider using BlocksPay Wallet, which can be downloaded from the following link: chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/....
For more information about this wallet, you can check out this article: xdc.dev/blocksscan/blockspay-the-s....
Thank you.
Hello,@giant_panda_92df1641ed218
To transfer your XDC successfully, please ensure that you have enough XDC in your wallet to cover the gas fees. We recommend having some additional XDC in your wallet, even if it is only in decimal places, to cover the cost of the gas fees.
For example, if you have 10 XDC in your wallet, you will be able to transfer 9.999 XDC to another wallet, with 0.001 XDC being used to pay for the transaction fee.
hi
In a few words I do try to send a test of 200xdc into another wallet, the balance is 12000 at this moment.
