Hi,
yesterday i sent a test of 50 xdc from Bitget to my xinfin web wallet and it didn't arrive.
wallet address:0x3E2D293Af5bE8E756d4F47903e52db3ff3440BC3
txid:0xc416e9b6468f664a9a458155ed21dd58d52e3f1e3d62a38952a51b0eccc5444e
the one thing i mite of done wrong is i noticed in the xinfin web wallet in the top left cornet u can toggle ox/xdc and i had changed it to ox by mistake.
after that it kept giving me undefined in the wallet address. it put undefined in the front of the address and i could not send it until i changed the word "undefined" back to "xdc" then it went.
it never arrived!
i changed the ox toggle back to xdc send another test and that worked fine!
where did that xdc go?
i looked in the Ethereum part of xinfin web wallet but nothing.
i do use my ledger nano x to access this wallet.

Those funds are already there in your wallet if you check on the explorer through the transaction hash link you shared and I can see more transactions after that.
Hope you did not connect with the scammer via telegram.
hi Sean,
is there a log for incoming transactions in the xdc web wallet?
if i click on the bell on the top right corner and select all transactions
it only shows me the outgoing ones. Nothing incoming, even though i have done many incoming transactions as you can see...
hard to keep track if there is no log especially when sending multiple test transactions...
