Happy new year!
For 1 month now, I have been unable to log into my XDC Wallet. The steps I am taking are as follows:

Hardware Wallet. / Ledger - Usb
I make the selections shown in the image.
However, I still cannot access it. For the past week, I haven't even been able to connect to Ledger, it doesn't give me that option. Who can help me?

You can access your wallet through MEW (My Ether Wallet) interface for now. XDC web wallet is a fork of MEW and hence the UI is pretty similar. Just make sure to select XDC Network under Network section tab below the wallet address list when you try to log in for the first time via that interface.
