[WIP]Nonce utility in broadcast.xinfin.network not working

When going to https://broadcast.xinfin.network and selecting the Nonce utility, usually we can either paste in an address or type it in manually.

Pasting into the Address box at present doesn't seem to work (?is pasting disabled). Have tested with Firefox/Brave/Chrome.

If manually typing an address into the Address field, the Type field then says Invalid and the Nonce remains as - (and no number is shown).

Inspecting via browser shows these errors below so looks like part of it is maybe RPC and CORS issue?

Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'https://xinpayrpc.xinfin.network/' from origin 'https://broadcast.xinfin.network' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.

ADD: Interestingly it is possible to paste 44 characters as an address (including the xdc prefix)... but XDC addresses normally only have 43 characters when including the xdc prefix.. And if adding an extra character so pasting works, the Address textbox then won't allow deleting any characters.. Looks like it wants to maintain 44 characters... So the Address remains incorrect and the Type field remains Invalid and the Nonce field remains as -.
