If you are accessing your wallet with mnemonic phrase please make sure you need to enter the password which you used at the time of creating the wallet then only you will be able to find your address
thank you but I wrote the password together with the mnemonic on a paper, so it's impossible it is wrong. also when I try opening wallet with backup file gives me error. wtf.

By backup file, do you mean the Keystore file?
