Vote: NO So a company can "buy a carbon credit" but still produce the same amount of carbon which hurts the ecosystem, BUT since they paid the fine to buy the carbon credit, somehow we are helping the environment?? Is the proposal asking for funds? I don't see a funding request. Or is this just testing the waters on interest prior to asking for funds?
