Our contract has needs lot of modification with the builtin libraries. So, as you guided I did the verify&publish using the version 0.6.12 and it was done successfully.
If possible, please publish the list of supported versions of solidity for verify&publish feature in Blocksscan explorer. This will help the community to build smart contract on the supported version when they want to verify&publish the contract.
