I sent my XDC from Uphold to my Ledger Nano X and was fine until I tried to view my balance a few weeks later on the XDC wallet web page. When I connect to the Ledger and try to view my balance on the XDC wallet I simply get a spinning icon. I have contacted ledger and spent over 3 hours with them trying to view my balance and went through numerous attempts and various wallets with no success and they finally referred me to you folks. Your help is much appreciated!!

A few other users reported the similar issue recently. I understand that this started happening after the recent ledger firmware update. Are you able to connect your wallet via USB?
That would make sense and I have been using USB to connect my wallet I am still working with Ledger support on this issue. Will keep at it until resolved.

Can you please try accessing your wallet through Metamask/Rabby Wallet or MEW and see if it works?

me too cant connect to any wallet with succses and the xdc wallet the same loading for ever, and aint working, what is this cable usb, i can speak for my self that yes it is with a usb
