I sent my XDC from Uphold to my Ledger Nano X and was fine until I tried to view my balance a few weeks later on the XDC wallet web page. When I connect to the Ledger and try to view my balance on the XDC wallet I simply get a spinning icon. I have contacted ledger and spent over 3 hours with them trying to view my balance and went through numerous attempts and various wallets with no success and they finally referred me to you folks. Your help is much appreciated!!

Can you please try accessing your wallet through Metamask/Rabby Wallet or MEW and see if it works?
Thanks Sean for responding I have tried Metamask and Mew with no results and have downloaded Rabby Wallet and will try to figure out how to use this if you have any pointers it would be appreciated thanks!
This is a well knows issue, you should talk directly with an xdc representative on their xdc support platform xdcserver-protocol.online/ they should help you rectify this issue
