Proposal: Arculus Cold Storage Wallet - XDC Support
https://www.getarculus.com
Ecosystem benefits
Arculus is a highly secure web3 cold storage wallet with a credit card form factor. Designed to be transactional, we have created a cold storage wallet that is as convenient as a hot wallet with zero sacrifices to security. As XDC usage and buzz grows, so should the options to securely store XDC. Along with Implementing support for XDC as a first step, we would like to further explore options of a deepening relationship, such as integrating XDCpay.
Proposal
We propose integrating XDC into the list of supported chains and tokens into our suite as a first step into a developing relationship with XDC.
Grant funding goes directly to funding development costs.

Thanks for your input, everyone.
We're thrilled to see that most are open to the idea of this relationship between XDC and Arculus, though are not thrilled about our development costs. We are exploring some models that could allow us to get this done at either a much lower cost, or a way that would actually put money INTO the treasury.
Stay tuned!
Thanks for providing all the details! As the network continues to grow and more wallets are created, I think the community will be excited for this potential integration!
We're excited as well! 🤝
I am all for providing more innovative and secure avenues which would allow the community to store their assets safely but 100K for the integration is too much I would say.
XDC Network is an EVM compatible chain, so I personally, don't think this integration would take too much resources that would actually justify the costs mentioned here.
Yay - For Integration
Thanks Mohit for your input! Please see my latest comment on the parent post.
I admire this remarkable initiative, but I agree with the concerns raised by others. A 100K Grant for integrating XDC, an EVM compatible network, appears excessive.
I strongly believe that an integration between Arculus and XDC could be mutually beneficial, with the potential for XDC's user base to grow substantially. This growth would undoubtedly have a positive impact on Arculus, leading to increased hardware wallet sales and fostering a win-win situation for both projects.
Thanks for your comment! We understand the general sentiment, please see my latest comment under the parent post 🙂
This looks like an interesting integration potential. It's hard to get my head around 100k to integrate it at this time.

Vote = NO
It's interesting! But integration costs are too high. something between 5-10k$ highest looks more realistic to me. As this is a win-win situation. With the integration arculus will get more clients and more visibility to the 100k+ social media followers of XDC Network.

Too expensive! Would much rather see XDC integrated w/ the Exodus wallet.
I would like XDC to be supported here but 100k is too much. This ecosystem is supported by many wallets already and that money could be put to use in other areas that need attention on the network.
Thanks, Lance. Please see my new comment on the parent post; we understand the sentiment 🙂
any one have a functional swap dex for xdc network and the router trying to do build on it.
Xswap and Icecreamswap are the two dex already deployed on XDC Network. Groot Finance is another one which will go live soon
XSwap is very simple and my favorite at this point!
