omfg! i solved my poblem thx! the means of "do you have an extra word?" is the previous passwot i created long ago.

yes, you need to enter password as an extra word. Apart from this, you can also download the private key of this wallet from the dashboard which wasn't available on the earlier version of Web Wallet.
YES ... it did work .. it's the PASSWORD that has to be correct.. apparently i had the wrong password.. :)
