What is the difference between both wallets? Both are stating that they are the original XDC wallet.

wallet.xdc.network is the latest updated wallet with a new UI.
One important feature that was added to this upgrade was that the people who created wallets using Mnemonic phrases and password combination can access and take backup of the private key associated with their wallet which wasn't available in the older version.
