the XDC RPC endpoints return invalid block hashes as part of events.
This crashes many chain indexing software and is now halting one of our bigger deployments.
There is an issue on GitHub that was raised 6 weeks ago for this error, but it seems like the error continues to exist and the issue is somewhat stall.
