Hello support, Im using the wallet.xinfin.network to hodl some xdc.Yesterday I logged in to the wallet , with the wallet.xinfin.network when you log in there are as many as five(or more) but five per page, wallet address for you to choice. Well two of the first five, stored about 60k xdc AND now these two address are gone from me being able to access them.
After some research i found the two wallets and the xdc in it, BUT these wallet address's are no longer accessible for me when i log into the wallet.
so in short my two wallet address with 60k xdc disappeared from my wallet interface, i see the wallets and the xdc in it but cant access. Please advise

Without entering a password for your Mnemonic/Seed phrase, you won't be able to access the same address. This password adds an extra layer of security, ensuring only authorized individuals can recover the wallet and its addresses.
Once you've imported your mnemonic seed phrase into the latest XDC Web Wallet beta version, you'll be able to manage your XDC and initiate transactions. Access the beta wallet here:betawallet.xinfin.network/#/

Thank you for your reply, I have tried to access my wallet with Mnemonic/Seed phrase many times, i do get in but all the wallets are empty. In my previous wallet i had two(2/of first 5) wallets offered, I had 60k xdc in them, after entering with Mnemonic/Seed phrase i get empty wallets. I do have the wallet address and can see (explorer.xinfin.network) my xdc in them just cant get them in my interface to access.
i would like to add, this wallet was created months ago and used a password NOT an extra word. Today following your links i tried both password as the extra word and leaving the extra word blank, both lead me to empty wallets
I got it. I had a lower case in my password when needed a cap. thank you. please close.
