HELP !!!

HI
TODAY IVE LOGGED INTO MY XDC ACCOUNT VIA LEDGER DEVICE AND MY ACCOUNT / WALLET IS NOT AVAILABLE PLEASE ADVISE (SEE PICS)
MY LEDGER HAS THE RECENT UPDATE IT SEEMS THAT XDC XFIN HAVE DELETED MY WALLET AS IT STATES
"WE DO NOT HAVE A NETWORK WITH THIS NAME" (PLEASE SEE PIC)

Hi @ox_385c1593db3a7ef08b2a71 this is a well known issue on the xdc platform, but i think you should reach out to xdc support concerning this issue. I had this same issue about 2 months ago with my ledger I couldn’t see my balance and after reaching out to them they help me figure it out you should do the same. Talk to an xdc representative on their discord support channel they should help you rectify this issue right away. Xdc discord channel discord.gg/EJx37RtSTw

Hello @ox_385c1593db3a7ef08b2a71 i had a similar XDC issue after an update, wallet didn’t show and network error popped up. I reached to xdc out via Telegram t.me/xinfin_help and they guided me through fixing it. Try contacting them there for quick help.
