hi
I transferred all xdc token from xdc privet wallet to my ledger eather wallet. on eather scan shows that the transfer has been made successfully.but unfortunately i cant see my xdc token in my ledger wallet. is there any way to find my my token. or any way to bring it back to my wallet.

this is txhash , you can find the transaction details. but i cant access it on my ledger wallet, i tried with meta mask but still no progress
