Hello, I want to import a XDC account from my XDC wallet mobile app to my PC's app XDCPay but when I write my private key, it says to me: write after the end, and it doesn't work.
I wanted to transfer my tokens from my XDC mobile app to my PC's app XDCPay and it didn't work too. Can you help me please?

@fabrice_calia_7f3bb7db6f4 this is a well known issue on xdc, i had this same issue about a month ago i spoke with an xdc representative and they help me resolved it. I will urge you to talk directly with an xdc representative on their xdc discord support channel discord.gg/tgj4R9Zfrb they will guide you on what to do to resolve this issue right away.
Hello @fabrice_calia_7f3bb7db6f4 i had the same issue importing my XDC wallet and private key kept failing. I contacted support on Telegram and they guided me through fixing the issue, You should do the same, they’ll sort it quickly.
