App is installed and does not show as ledger live supported
And does not show in the Swap. Every token on the planet shows but XDC
I want to swap BTC for XDC

Ledger Live is not supported yet
You will have to install XDC App and connect the wallet with MyEther wallet or MyCrypto wallet

Unfortunately you can not swap at Ledger but you can use changelly and get your BTC swapped to XDC at changelly.com/
