THE PROBLEM IT SOLVES: In many multinational companies, the current payroll system is plagued by significant issues. Firstly, the service provider imposes hefty commissions (3%-10%) on transactions, which becomes a substantial sum in large-scale operations. Moreover, foreign transactions incur additional costs due to bank-imposed fees when converting payments to local currencies. Additionally, reliance on third-party payroll software exposes sensitive employee information outside the company's control. Furthermore, traditional bank-based transactions are notoriously slow, causing delays in salary disbursement, particularly problematic for remote and multinational employees. These challenges underscore the urgent need for a more efficient, cost-effective, and secure payroll solution. By leveraging blockchain technology, we can revolutionize payroll management, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and timely salary delivery, while minimizing costs and security risks.
