When I connect to the Ledger and try to view my balance on the XDC wallet I simply get a spinning icon. I have contacted ledger and spent over 3 hours with them trying to view my balance and went through numerous attempts and various wallets with no success and they finally referred me to you folks. Your help is much appreciated!!</p>
