Been a holder for years (6 plus) for XDC and used the old online wallet with the 12 word seedphrase and never had a problem at all until the new update came along in fact just before the upgrade I logged in and sold come XDC but the next time I came back the new update had been done so I logged in using the 12 words and my account showed nothing no balance in fact it looked like a fresh new account with a zero balance. I tried to log in again and again but nothing what am I doing wrong I have a cnsiderable amount for me in XDC and my balance shows nothing

Can anyone advise

I have held XDC for years and stored it in the original xfin online portal where access was done by entering your 12 word phrase

I have now come back and its all new and when I log in it says I have zero XDC when I should have a considerable amount.

Asks for address and network which is also a new request since before I just entered 12 words and was into my account now I have to enter and address and network which I don't know about.

Any advice tips where I might be able to access my funds
